Aergia ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Aergia mobile application (the "App").

Aergia helps you monitor and restrict selected apps using Apple Screen Time features (FamilyControls / ManagedSettings). Aergia is designed so that your usage data stays on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require account registration and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

  • - No user accounts (no sign-up / login).
  • - No collection of contacts, photos, messages, or location.

3. Data Processed On Your Device

To provide app monitoring and restrictions, Aergia accesses and processes certain information locally on your device, such as:

  • - Your selected apps to monitor/restrict.
  • - Your configuration settings (e.g., wait time, strict mode, grace period).
  • - Device Activity / Screen Time information provided by Apple frameworks (displayed to you inside the App).

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to subscribe to Aergia Premium, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.

  • - We may receive transaction and subscription status information from Apple (e.g., active/inactive) to unlock premium features.
  • - Free trials and pricing are shown in the App before you confirm purchase.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your Screen Time usage data with third parties.

  • - We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with legal process.
  • - If we ever add third-party services (e.g., analytics), we will update this policy before enabling them.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your app selection and settings are stored locally on your device (including App Group storage used to share settings with the app extensions). We take reasonable steps to protect stored information, but no method of storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
